Victoria’s Secret Model’s Secret to a Toned Body

Victoria’s Secret models and moms Heidi Klum and Alessandra Ambrosio let us in on their little secret to a toned body after having a baby. What’s the secret? Their trainers and hard work.
Alessandra had to lose 20 pounds after giving birth. "We worked out every day. We didn’t have a day off because time was so short," said Alessandra’s trainer Leandro Carvalho. Alessandra gave birth to her daughter Anja just 3 months prior to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Alessandra had to work even harder to get back into shape because her daughter was delivered by cesarean.
Her trainer said that she was very limited in the beginning as to what she could do. Carvalho has his own special Brazilian butt workout which includes a combination of ballet, squats, lunges and capoeira - for two hours a day. Oy, that sounds painful!
After Heidi Klum had her third child, she got back into shape within 2 months. David Kirsch, Heidi’s trainer, said "It was amazing. She had worked so hard and she looked gorgeous."
Heidi did a lot of cardio, circuit training and a strict diet.
So, as you can see…they got back into shape by working hard. They are human and do not have superhuman genes!
