As we all are aware, supermodel Naomi Campbell is wonderful at throwing fits. It seems the only news about her these days is news of her going off her rocker. So it’s no surprise that I’m about to tell you of another Naomi incident, this time, involving the renowned rapper, Jay-Z.
Recently, there was a huge bash thrown in honor of the newly released champagne, Armand De Brignac. There was a special area inside this champagne party, where dinner was being served, and A-list celebrities were gathered around to drink, mingle, and eat good food.
Well, Naomi wanted into that area. So she tried, tried again, tried one more time, and failed miserably. Jay-Z said nooooo way, and wouldn’t let Naomi Campbell come in the super secret special dinner area, that he was apparently the head of.
Rumor has it, Naomi threw quite the fit when all of this went down. First, she thought he was joking about refusing to let her in, so she laughed, and laughed, and laughed…until she realized that she was the only one laughing. Jay-Z truly would not let her in. So, she did what Naomi Campbell always does, and threw one heck of a public fit before storming off to go home and pout.
Poor girl. She’s not the least bit popular in Hollywood these days.

Naomi Campbell spent last weekend in the French Riviera, with her boyfriend, Marcus Elias, a Brazilian entrepreneur. They were seen arriving at the Club 55 beach in St. Tropez on Saturday, looking relaxed and in love.
Naomi Campbell made arrangements for this much needed vacation after learning she was going to be left with quite a bit of time on her hands, being that she was scratched from the list of celebrity presenters at the 90th birthday party for Nelson Mandela.
She was 86′d because, during her Heathrow Airport outburst, Naomi reportedly “was wearing a baseball hat featuring Mr. Mandela’s Robben Island prison number and Aids charity moniker 46664.” An inside source claims it was “fair to say that Mandela was behind the decision.”
Poor Naomi. She’s put herself in quite a bind with all of her crazy, sudden outbursts as of late. Maybe this will help her learn her lesson? But probably not.

Naomi Campbell fought the law and the law won…again.

Naomi Campbell’s lawyer claims the longtime supermodel has finally been charged with assault from April’s incident, when she harrassed a police officer at London’s Heathrow Airport over her lost luggage.
On top of that assault charge, Campbell is also facing one count of disorderly conduct, and one count of using threatening, abusive words and/or behavior towards the airline staff during the uproar.
Campbell’s lawyer claims, “Miss Campbell is bitterly disappointed that the prosecutors have advised her she is to be prosecuted for various offenses. She respects that decision and she hopes this matter is dealt with expeditiously.”

Supermodel Naomi Campbell played a game of baseball against the Ugly Betty ladies, on rival Elle magazine’s team yesterday afternoon. This sports game was actually recorded, and is going to be part of an episode next season, so be sure and keep your eyes open to see who takes home the cake!

A little over a week ago, Naomi Campbell was arrested for starting chaos at the Heathrow Airport in London. And after reading her statement on why she lost her mind, I’m starting to think I never ever want to visit that airport as long as I’m alive.
Campbell says, “They didn’t find my bag, said it wasn’t in the system and there was a complete disrespect for the passengers. I am not speaking for myself. I am speaking for all those who have been disrespected.”
Seems like Heathrow can’t hang on to someone’s luggage for more than five minutes. If you scroll down a few entries, you’ll see the same thing just happened to Kate Moss, at the exact same airport.
You’d think they’d have a better time keeping tabs on celebrities luggage, but alas…

Naomi Campbell the…journalist?

Naomi Campbell is said to be in the process of the beginning stages of pursuing a career in political journalism. A friend of the supermodel says, “It’s definitely a career that she would like to get into once she puts the modeling on the back-burner.”
I have to say, although I think it’s odd, it just might work, as word on the street is her recent interview with Hugo Chavez, the President of Venezuela, went quite well, sparking her interest in the subject and helping her pursue her dreams post-retirement.
We’ll see how it all turns out.
Naomi Campbell = Jailbird.

Thirty-seven year old supermodel Naomi Campbell was arrested on Thursday for assaulting a police officer at the Heathrow Airport in London.
Sources say, Campbell “had to be escorted from a British Airways plane after being aggressive and abusive to staff.”
Press reports also claim, “Campbell spat at an officer and was handcuffed as she left the aircraft, which had yet to take off from the airport’s new Terminal 5 building. The incident was allegedly sparked by an issue with the star’s luggage.”
A spokesperson for the Heathrow airport confirmed the incident by quoting, “We can confirm that a passenger was removed by police from a BA flight this afternoon.”
Naomi Campbell released from hospital.

Longtime supermodel Naomi Campbell was just released from the hospital after undergoing abdominal surgery in Brazil. The surgery was completely unexpected, but Campbell is said to be recovering well.
Mirtes Bogea, spokeswoman for the Sirio Libanes hospital in Sao Paulo is quoted as saying, “Doctors signed her release and she left in the afternoon in a helicopter that someone sent to pick her up.”
Rumor has it, she was there to get a cyst removed, but who even knows. Those things are supposed to go away on their own!
